You choose a time and how many hours to book. You pay for the time actually worked: at least the listed minimum, then per started half hour, and booked time that is not used is refunded. If the job needs more time or materials, the hero asks first and you approve it in the app.
Give the TV size and what the wall is made of, say whether you have a wall bracket, and add a photo of the wall and where the cables should go.

- Choose the service, a time and how many hours to book. The minimum is shown above.
- Pay for the booked hours now, or later with Klarna. Your money is held safely until the job is done.
- A hero accepts the booking and gets in touch before the visit if anything needs sorting out, such as materials to bring. Then they arrive at the agreed time, and you can message them in the app.
- When the hero marks the job done, check it and approve it. You pay for the time actually worked, and unused hours are refunded.
How time is counted
- You pay for at least 1.5h, even if the job is done faster.
- After the minimum, every started half hour counts.
- Example: if the work takes 2 h 10 min, you pay for 2.5h.
- Booked time that is not used is refunded automatically after the job.
- If the job needs more time, the hero asks for it in the app. It is added only if you approve it.
- You never pay for more time than you booked plus any extra time you approved.
Cancelling
- If no hero has accepted your booking yet, you get your money back in full.
- After that, cancel more than 48 hours before the start and you get 75% back; later than that, 50%. Once the hero has set off, nothing is refunded.
- As a consumer you can also withdraw free of charge within 14 days of ordering, as long as the hero has not set off.
- If the hero cancels, we find you another hero or refund you in full.

- Your hero arrives ready to get started, checks the spot with you and takes care of the practical details.
- If a part or extra work is needed, your hero asks in the app first. Nothing is added until you approve it.

- Try out the result, from sturdy shelves to smooth-running drawers, then approve the job in the app.
- Not quite right? Tell your hero in the app before you approve. They put it right, or you get money back.

Can I book several small jobs at once?
Yes. Describe them all in one booking and book enough hours. You pay for the time actually worked, and booked time that is not used is refunded.
Who pays for parts and materials?
You do, but only what you approve. If the hero needs to buy something, they ask first in the app, and the cost is added only after you approve it.
What if the job takes longer than I booked?
The hero asks for extra time in the app and you decide. Nothing is added without your approval, and booked time that is not used is refunded.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell the hero through the app before you approve the job. The hero fixes it, or you get money back.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If no hero has accepted your booking yet, you get everything back. After that, how much is refunded depends on how early you cancel. The cancellation terms explain it in full.
