Scope of Work

The work described in the quote you accept

Not included

Anything not in the accepted quote, unless you approve it

How It Works

Describe the job and add photos if you can. A hero sends you a quote with the price and what it covers, and the work is booked only once you accept it.

Good to know

Use this when no listed service fits. Clear photos and a short written brief help the hero quote accurately.

Booking step by step

Describe the job and add photos. Sending the request costs nothing.
Heroes send you quotes with the price and what it covers, and ask for more details or photos if they need them. Compare the quotes in the app.
Accept the quote you like best and your job is booked. Pay now, or later with Klarna.
When the job is done, check it and approve it. Extra work outside the quote is added only if you approve it.

Cancelling

If no hero has accepted your booking yet, you get your money back in full.
After that, cancel more than 48 hours before the start and you get 75% back; later than that, 50%. Once the hero has set off, nothing is refunded.
As a consumer you can also withdraw free of charge within 14 days of ordering, as long as the hero has not set off.
If the hero cancels, we find you another hero or refund you in full.
