Senior Full Stack developer

If this is something you are into, Hero24 is looking for React Native Engineers to join our team.

Hero24 development team is small but very experienced and motivated to build the best possible service for our customers and partners. Mainly responsible for optimization buying and selling services, providing top notch tools and onboard users to get high quality experience. If this sounds interesting, we have a lot of things that we want to share with you what we have learned so far and what we can do together.

Currently, we use the latest React Native version in our app. We’re always improving our services and we aim for excellence. If you would like to be surrounded by like minded people, we have a lot to offer.

Depending on your interests and experience we’d love to welcome you something what are already working:

• Improve charge of the acquisition, discovery, onboarding and offboarding of Hero provider partners. Our goal is to onboard new Heroes so they can start making jobs and earning money within a same day from signing up by creating scalable, automated solutions for, documents verification, inventory management, referral program, internal tooling and onboarding processes. Currently we have some of these, but we can do this much better, so it’s a great opportunity to make an impact. 
• Creating opportunities for Heroes to build their own portfolios, success stories, reviews and get their good work and happy customer feedback to be shared for other people in and outside Hero24 service. That people can find them and order more services from them
• Building and onboarding Heroes to a data dashboard how they are doing and how we can improve and optimize their earnings, reviews and time.
• Creating and onboarding buyers and Heroes to edit, expand and add orders. Often orders and details may differ from booking when Hero arrives at place, so flexibility make things more easier and scalable
• Improving and building more scalable admin tools and automating the money management process.
• Improving our tech stack to be more scalable and reliable, because volumes are growing

Our expectations

– You have solid experience building software with React Native within a complex domain, background in native (Android and/or iOS) development will be an advantage.

– You are a team player. 

– You have strong technical skills.

– Your stakeholder management skills are excellent. 

– You are a professional person who is pragmatic with a positive attitude, who are ready to go away from outside of their comfort zone, and willingness to keep continuously learning.
